Templated workflows such as inbound appointment scheduling and cancellation recovery. - Medium practices: independent private medical groups with roughly 3-20 locations, in specialties including primary care, multi-specialty, dermatology, radiology, and optometry. Repeatable workflows adapted to the specialty, with the strongest being cancellation recovery, waitlist management, new-patient referral scheduling across phone and SMS, and prior authorization. - Portfolio organizations: PE groups, MSOs, and other organizations that manage portfolios of medical clinics. Novoflow templates a workflow and deploys it across the portfolio, including clinics using different EHRs. - Enterprise groups: hospitals and large multi-specialty groups with more than 20 locations. Detailed, custom, protocol-heavy workflows such as claim-denial appeals and discharge management, which may involve a dozen or more agents operating across detailed protocols and systems. These templates are starting points rather than product limits. Novoflow's broader job is to automate whichever manual workflow creates the customer's most urgent operational bottleneck. Dental practices, veterinary practices, and other non-medical businesses are outside the ICP. **The status quo.** Most customers rely on people to perform these workflows manually: in-house staff, US-based remote teams, or offshore groups.
